problem diagnosed quickly and fixed quickly

For all of the above reasons: friendly staff, told me what the options were (fix a flat or have to replace tires), clean waiting area where i could get some of my own paperwork done. Really my favorite location for this kind of work in town.

Every time I go for an oil change, new tires, or my tires to be rotated, it is done quick and at a great price! Friendly employees too!

Friendly service, easy to schedule, and convenient

As he was finishing putting the new battery in the car, I asked him if he set the code for the radio to operate. He said the radio would work but evidently he did not know that a code had to be reset when installing a new battery. I went back inside and one of the counter men came out and took care of the problem. When installing a new battery it would be nice for "Bid O" to continue to exceed the expectations of the customer by resetting the radio code and setting the clock time. I am your friend and I want you and your business to excel, so please accept this critique in the friendly manner that it is presented.

i came in for an oil change, rotate, and balance. they came and let me know about a couple of other problems i was unaware of. No surprise charges for this guy.

It is always easy to schedule an oil change at Big O. The service people are friendly and the oil change is completed in a timely manner.

I just want to say thank you! My son was traveling from Alaska heading to Texas. He is a young driver with his first car. Thankfully he knew something did not look right with his tires. I called Big O and they were able to assist my son with new tires in the same day. As a mom, living in Maine, and I work for a Tire Service centers for the Northeast. I am so pleased with the customer service, quality, the timing of the work, and communication - so pleased!!!! I will sleep tonight knowing his car has new tires and will be safe!!!!!
