They do excellent work, and the waiting area is pleasant.

I dropped off my wife's van for an oil change, alignment, and brake service. The oil changes was completed, They reported that the car did not need an alignment nor did it need brakes. It is refreshing to find a repair shop that only fixes what needs to be fixed. Thank you.

I was able to book my appointment online the day before. The time I booked it for was overbooked and they asked if I could come a little later in the afternoon. That was no problem for me. They were very friendly upon arrival and got me taken care of in less than an hour. It was a pleasant experience all around.

I took the store's recommendation and put on real winter tires - what a difference driving with the correct tires makes when trying to stop on ice. The difference between sliding and stopping with confidence. This was a change from the best all-season tires that only have 3,000 miles on them and the difference is amazing. Get winter tires, extend the life of your summer tires, and it really does not cost you any more over time and makes you much safer.

I gave them a budget and ask for something comparable to what I currently had. The service associate was able to match my price and give me a good quality tire.

I have gone The your store before and I will continue to go there. I really like the new one on Timberline.

Took car in for a knocking noise. they look at it that day gave me a call and had it fixed the next day. They customer service there is really great.

On Wednesday around 4:30 I needed my snow tires changed to my all around tires. I believe it was the manager on duty his name started with an A. Was very kind and helped me more than he even realizes. I work for a school dist. and am now taking care of my elderly mother who has dimentia and money is very tight for me. The bill was a lot more than I realized he waved my fee and I cried to have someone show so much kindness. I will never forget him and will send everyone I know to the Big O on Timberline and go there for my Ford Focus for tires, rims etc.

The best stuff ever

My Husband and I brought our car in for an alignment and were surprised to learn that we didn't need one. The mechanic went to the trouble of checking our car and the said that there wouldn't be a charge since the alignment wasn't necessary.
