Big O Tires

These guys are awesome. I had to have a flat tire repaired and they jumped right on it even in the middle of eating their lunch. Very fast and extremely friendly service. I would highly recommend that anyone tries them out.

Mr. Cummings was very professional and very helpful in getting what I needed done and in a timely manner.

I went in looking for an estimate. I didn't know what to look for in a tire and what was a fair price. The manager Briant Cummings made my experience comfortable and easy. He was knowledgeable and very kind. I will be returning for my next set of tires.

The only complaint is that I provided as cell phone number at which I was to be called when the car was done being serviced and it didn't happen.k I wrote the number on the repair order and told the person who was writing up the order that I was going to the doctor and needed to be called at the cell number. I called four hours later and was told the car was ready for pickup. It isn't really a big deal, the rest of what your firm provided greatly overshadows this inconvenience.

Bryant was very helpful and knowledgeable. I brought in an older truck that's lowered, so not the easiest thing to work on. But with his recommendations she's running great and straight again. Thanks Bryant, see ya in the summer time for some new wheels

Using a half price coupon through the mail, in the past the garages that offered a special comparable to this always find something else wrong.....Not this Shop! So refreshing! I was even told to "Keep doing what I have been" to take care of my car. They have all of my auto repair business from now on.

i was expecting there to be a wait but they got me in, in less than 5 minutes and my oil change was less than 45 minutes when i was told it was going to take that long. best experience.
