Big O Tires

This was the best service I ever had at a mechanic shop! Not only did they do great work but they explained to me what they were doing and didn't make me feel like I was a burden.

They got my car in and quickly did the oil change. Waiting room was clean and comfortable.

EXCELLENT customer service. They had to replace a bolt holding my new struts that was not the correct bolt that brakes plus used when i got my struts.. Brakes plus also broke my tail light when attempting to replace a bulb. So your company fixed my struts bolt, tightened the other bolt. Who knows what may have happened had big o not found out the mistakes of brakes plus. I will only have my car care done at big O Thank you

The employees were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and even discounted the overall price. I walked in with a request for routine maintenance, and they finished everything in a timely manner at an affordable price. Overall, I’m highly satisfied by Bryan and his team!
