Excellent staff very fast n friendly even in the middle of their lunch time would an will be back

Friendly, easy to talk with associates. This store even helped me a few days earlier with another vehicle tire issue (nail or screw in tire) is a matter of minutes just close to closing time. In this instance (the tire repair and oil change) they had the parts needed, rushed my car through the shop and it was completed in a very acceptable time.

David was informative and professional as usual! He is very knowledgeable and always displays nothing but awesome customer service!

I dropped my car off first as a walk in and i chose the cheaper oil change not knowing it was not going to work for my car i need the fully synthetic. i got a call still thinking it was only a $10 more oil change turns out it was a $70 oil change. I only had cash that i was prepared to pay for the cheaper oil change. the gentleman that helped me worked with me to pay it off giving me a discount. It was so thoughtful and non hassle. he didnt make me feel bad for not having the full $70 or anything. it was the nicest experience i had. Defiantly owe these guys some coffee and donuts. thank you again for taking care of me and my car

Everyone that has ever helped me at this location has always been very helpful and friendly. They answer all my questions and always look out for me and my vehicle.

I came in for tires, an oil change, and a few replacement bulbs. My vehicle has quite a few suspension issues that I was already aware of but haven't been able to afford fixing. Crystal worked with me and my budget to get as much of the immediate needs fixed as possible. The waiting area was quite cozy and clean.

I walked in with a slow leak. Briant had someone look at it right away. It turned out to be just a leaking valve stem and they fixed it at no charge and sent me on my way. Briant was very friendly. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

David Martinez was so helpful, he answered all questions, he showed me what was wrong and only that, he didn't go on saying this also needs to be done and so on. I went in to get a tire replaced and got it, David asked me if I needed anything else, I said no and he said ok, you have any questions problems you call or come in and we will fix it! Always received polite and friendly service.

These guys are great every time I visit. They have helped me figure out the best service option possible for my needs, and even if I do not have it on hand, have let me use coupons for their services as well. Also, last time there were a number of complications but they handled them wonderfully (did not have the part I needed, but had it rush delivered while I ran an errand, came back and popped it in my car quick and had me on my way, but then the computer went down when I went to pay and they offered great quick solutions to pay a different way). Great customer service, I will definitely continue returning!

Jason Knight & David Martinez are great customer service people. Jasun Smith is the best mechanic we have ever had to work on our trucks. All of them are very friendly and knowledgeable. Jasun Smith explains exactly what was done on the truck and why. He always gives any future work that might be needed. What a great crew.
