Big O Tires

I was pleased how prompt they were and didn't cost very much. They dida courteous check and found out some other things I need to have done.

I used to visit this location when I lived in the area a few years ago. Now I go to a local shop by my new house for simple oil changes but wanted to come back here for bigger concerns. I always trusted the staff and service and I’m happy to say that after 2-3yrs of not visiting this location, they are just as communicative, straight forward, and efficient with service.

I have a diesel truck, and originally this location was doing my oil changes with Rotella, but have apparently switched to using Valvoline brand and no longer carry Rotella. However the management offered to order the Rotella diesel oil I wanted and perform the service as I had originally requested. This was a great customer service move, and will keep me coming back and now I know to give them a heads up when I schedule next time so it is there when I go in. Well done!
