Taken my car(s) to this location for a while now because it's convenient to my home, the work is completed fairly rapidly, work is quite acceptable and the employees are friendly and quick to assist and explain what's happening to the vehicle. Like all folks I know I would prefer no automotive expense however unrealistic that is; et I feel that I am getting fair value for my dollar at this Big O location. Therefore, I will continue to trust my vehicles to these folks.

Big O is the only place I take my car for repairs and oil changes . They do take care of my car . Only thing is Big O needs more coupons that would help with the oil changes and repairs.

All went well. Nick and Brian are awesome. My only concern was that the auto techs left my Cadillac STS running, it's a keyless remote using nearly a 1/4 tank of my gas. I came to Big O with a full tank of gas left with 3/4s of a tank.

The Service was great,very helpful. My tire needs were met beyond expectations. Will come back for tire needs again.
