They took my car to work on between others. Helped out with pricing, helped get it back in a timely manner. yes it was later then they said BUT they felt bad and things happen. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

I have been going to NTB for the past 5 years or so, trying other local shops in between visits. Just about every other local mechanic shop would always diagnose a problem with my car wrong or try to sell me a part I don't need. Lately my Mercury has a handful of problems but the mechanics at NTB have gone above and beyond to help get my car back in the road EACH time. I had a squeal in my serpentine system for a long time and put money into it multiple times and other shops to attempt to diagnose the problem but they would only temporarily fix the problem. The most recent time my belt hopped I took it to NTB and the mechanic with the big beard worked on my car and finally fixed it! And I haven't had a problem since. I needed a new belt, tensioner, and pulley the same parts another local shop installed but neglected to note they were badly used parts. My car then needed a new intake gasket, throttle body gasket, and fuel injector O-rings. When I dropped off the car I talked to the manager in the back, Devin. He took the time to explain what was going on and what they would have to do to fix it, options, etc. He found the parts I needed but they had to be ordered. So for the time I was waiting for my car he gave me updates and took the time to let me know if anything had changed while simultaneously dealing with an evening rush. He also took the time to talk to me about some emissions problems my car has, and options I had to pass E-check. Couldn't have asked anything else from him, he went above and beyond. Having an older car is aggravating and can be a headache because things start to fail with age. But I know I can always take it to the Streetsboro NTB because they are always honest, they take pride in their work, and want to do a good job. I would recommend to anyone.

I dropped my car off first as a walk in and i chose the cheaper oil change not knowing it was not going to work for my car i need the fully synthetic. i got a call still thinking it was only a $10 more oil change turns out it was a $70 oil change. I only had cash that i was prepared to pay for the cheaper oil change. the gentleman that helped me worked with me to pay it off giving me a discount. It was so thoughtful and non hassle. he didnt make me feel bad for not having the full $70 or anything. it was the nicest experience i had. Defiantly owe these guys some coffee and donuts. thank you again for taking care of me and my car

I came in for tires, an oil change, and a few replacement bulbs. My vehicle has quite a few suspension issues that I was already aware of but haven't been able to afford fixing. Crystal worked with me and my budget to get as much of the immediate needs fixed as possible. The waiting area was quite cozy and clean.
