Great customer service. The tires were great for the car. The steering was improved. I will use the Lakewood store always for my tire needs.

Was able to service our car in on a busy Sunday (with no app't) and get us back on the road within a few hours. Thanks much!

Great guys over there.

Had unrepairable flat in Frisco CO and was driving on the spare donut. Was 70 miles away from nearest tire shop on Sunday when most are closed. I was told on the phone that I could be taken care of that day by Jose while all other tire shops I called didn't even care that I needed all my my tires replaced (AWD vehicle) so I could get home another 50 miles in Colorado Springs. Jose got me in and saved the day!

Can't say enough good about the folks at this Big O. While I was waiting I watched one of the young men there walk over to an elderly customer (over 85) to finish checking him out and save him from standing and walking, very thoughtful. Also, the mechanic noticed issues with my tire pressure sensors and fixed them without any hassle. Everyone was very friendly and I could tell they cared about their jobs and the customers. Pleasantly surprised.

They cannot keep employees due to people not wanting to work. Therefore customer service suffers. They are great..just need people to work.

Just found out the. Coolant flush was not charged good news

Everyone I encountered was very friendly. Brian who helped me decide on tires was very helpful. While the tires were being installed Brian came to explain things several times and had a friendly conversation.

Great place had bad tire to replace...told them to put 4 new ones on and they said did not need 4 only the one....helped me with snap finance...

the man at the counter, Javier Flores, was/is the best i have ever encountered at a retail operation. this man should trained and put in a management position. i think he would be a major asset. motivation motivation etc etc. go shop him and see 4 yerseff.
