Big O Tires

I was told that an oil change was first come first serve. I dropped my truck off the night before and didn't get it back until 11:20. I know it doesn't take over 4 hours for an oil change, alignment, and to balance and rotate the tires. On top of that they left a tool under that hood that came out while driving down the road. Luckily I don't see any damage. These people have zero common sense or have a clue on how to double check their work. The only reason I will return to a Big O is because I purchased the 3 year alignment package.

I grew up in Littleton and used a lot of great shops but this location hands down has the worst reputation after my experience. I did a Synthetic Oil change and a month an a half later the nut that kept my plug in on my oil pan magically came off (Was NOT Stripped) had no reason to come undone. Any way my engine died for oil starvation and they took no responsibility or even could say why the engine died. I know why the engine died and so do you! Isn't it your job to figure out why and engine doesn't work? Wait, you don't want to answer why it's dead because then you would have to take responsibility...Right. Then to top it off...my license plates where both stolen while on their lot! Are you serious!!!

They are fast, friendly and trustworthy. The manager was very nice and helpful.

They tried to sell me an A/C compressor that was not neededAnother shop fixed a minor problem No Charged!

Everything was great! The tires arrived sooner than expected.

I love the store every time I've had something wrong I've gone in and talked to Justin and he is absolutely amazing all the guys are I couldn't ask for a better repair shop for tires or anything else I just love this place

Even with a full house, the staff was juggling all the jobs and doing a wonderful job!

My tire blew out on the interstate. I live 12 hours away. I went to four others tire shop and explain how I have no where to stay and need my tires fix. This company was the only one that had the heart to fix my tires late in the afternoon, when they were busy.

I had a terrible experience at Pep Boys on Wadsworth and Belleview so I decided to give Big O a chance and the experience was excellent! I will only go to Big O on Kipling and Bowles from now on.

At 4:45 pm we discovered a nail in our tire. We were leaving the next day. I called them they got us right in and did a really great job. Great customer service and very friendly. I would highly recommend them.
