If I could give them a zero I would. I unfortunately took my vehicle in for a repair and was treated rudely, loud and condescending by the older gentleman at the front desk. I think it's because I am a woman and he thinks I am stupid. I have purchased two sets of wheels and tires from them in the past. Never again! I went to pick up my vehicle because I chose NOT to accept their quote and they made me wait 20 minutes for my keys!

I called and made an appointment for 8 a.m. at the store on Bowles in Littleton. I arrived at 7:55 a.m. and was told by a guy on the phone that he was the manager. He told me that his alignment 'guy' wouldn't be in until 9 a.m. I elected to wait. I sat in the waiting area until 10 a.m. My car was still in the parking lot. I asked another guy behind the counter what was going on. He told me that they were swamped because people had called in sick. He went into the service area and pulled my ticket. He showed it to the alignment 'guy' who said. I didn't see this ticket. The counter guy said, don't worry about it. It's not your fault. At 10:25 a.m. the manager came into the waiting area and told me that my car needed a new inside tie rod and they couldn't do the alignment unless that work was done, first. He also said that there was no oil showing on the dipstick and that my power steering fluid was low. He said that my turbocharger was leaking, as well. They also checked my brakes. I told the manager that I would go elsewhere for my alignment. As he handed me my key, he said, "I'm sorry your car is so broken." I couldn't believe it. I just wasted two and a half hours of my time and all he could do was insult me. He never even bothered to say that he was sorry that it took so long. This was my first time in a Big O Tire store. It will be my last. I'm sorry that the business practices of the staff at this location are so broken.

We came in to get assistance with a flat tire on our minivan and ended up buying four new tires. My husband asked Andy if there were any possible discounts and Andy didn't offer any (despite the veteran plates on the van). After paying and going back home we discovered that Big O Tires offers military discounts (10% off various services), so I called Big O and spoke to Andy again. I kindly informed Andy that my husband is a veteran and asked him if he would still honor the discount. He rudely proceeded to tell me that we needed to have asked at the time of service, to which we had already done. I pointed this out to him and he then insinuated that my husband wasn't a true veteran and refused to honor the discount. Furthermore, Andy gave me the runaround as he told me he would speak to a manager and get back to me, but never did. It is appalling that your employees would dare to treat our service men and women so poorly. Unless this situation is handled appropriately, we will not continue our business with Big O Tires and will caution other service and family members not to as well. I do not appreciate Andy's poor customer service, disrespect, and lack of professionalism. Extremely uncalled for!

Justin had my work van for two weeks to the day. I brought it in for oil change, tire rotation and new front brakes. In the two weeks he had talked me into changing the oil pan gasket. Tranny line and other things that were leaking or troubled. After four times taking it back and having it towed back and them getting me a rental car because of their poor workmanship I thought I would post a few photos of the nightmare.

I have used Big O Tires in the past and tried someone different prior to this last service. The customer service was difficult to get done with the other. I just moved into the Littleton area and decided that I needed to return to some of the best service I've had from any company. Thank you as a new long term customer!

Store tried deliberately to overcharge me for labor. Had my car for one hour tried to charge me 1,8 hours to change a headlight. Justification that's what the book said. Reality it took them maybe 15 minutes to do the job. Still paid for 48 minutes. Total ripoff

This store is the absolute worst, I am still dealing with the horrible service I received. I have left a message with the manager to discuss the issues and did not receive a call back. At this point I would like to speak with the owner

I will never use this place again. I came in January and was getting new tires. A 2 hour quote turned into me waiting 10 hours and them almost keeping my only vehicle over night, giving me no way to get to work. I just went again for a simple oil change and tire rotation and that turned into another 5 hour ordeal and $500 later some other mysterious things came up that of course had to be fixed right away. How these clowns couldn't have found the issue earlier when you pay for the "labor time" is unreal. Seems like they take their time and continue to charge for the labor put into the car. I informed them of the "issue" they found when I first got there as well. Never coming back again. Don't go here.

It's nice that they are capable of doing most of the work my Jeep needs. Friendly & courteous and have well rounded knowledge of all vehicles. Thanks for all the advice too!

Slowing down is good. Big grime/grease on foot boards left behind at last visit. It shows that they need better work and more corporate support.

I came into the location pricing out tires for the upcoming winter, I worked with Clinton Thomas, and he showed me my range of options, seeing as I only drive maybe 7,000 miles a year, he recommended the Euro brand. I am sure I will end up giving the car to my son before I need new tires again, well worth the cost. Clinton was very friendly, and did not talk down to me or try to sell me services I did not need

After getting told at another tire shop that we needed new tires, I went to Big O to get a second opinion. I told the gentleman that greeted me that my family is going on a roadtrip and what thd other tire shop said. He said no problem and walked me inside. The service tech ended up inspecting my entire vehicle and didn't say much about my tires (the whole reason I was there). I was also quoted over $1600 worth of repairs that "needed to get done" before taking my jeep anywhere. Turns out everything was a lie. We had our jeep inspected at two other auto shops and both agreed our vehicle is in great condition. I will NEVER go back to Big O and will warn others to not trust them either. What's even worse is that it was the assistant manager who told me the details of the repair quote and that I should trust his service tech because he has "20 years experience". Is this how all Big O locations are run? Trying to scam their customers? Its disgusting.
