Big O Tires

Was told it would be an hour and two and a half hours later I had to ask how much longer.Don't mind waiting for an oil change, but if they are running behind suggest they keep the customers updated.

Highly recommend this store Mike went above and beyond my expectations. He took the extra time to make sure everything was in working order before I left even stayed to help me after he was off. Excellent customer service. Definitely will be back!

The guys are friendly but it must've been a very busy day.I dropped off my car and said I'd be back in 2 hours.I was back in 2 1/2 hours and they hadn't started the work yet.Friendly is good, but quick and accurate is also good.

Mike S. is AWESOME! I had a low rear tire which I inflated each morning before work. Obviously had a leak but I was so busy with work it would be a couple more days until I had time to get it looked at. Was driving by this location, had a few extra minutes, so decided to ask if someone could take a look. Mike took my keys, had the tire repaired and I was back on the road right away. Thank you, Mike, for being so considerate of my time and safety. You made me a forever customer!

It was not good I had my tires rotated and woke up to a flat tire.at 4:15 AM

Mike was awesome and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to tires and automotive repair. I would recommend big o and mike specifically to all my friends and family.

Had an appointment to replace the tires on my 2016 Honda Odyssey. Scheduled on Saturday, July 11, 2020, with selected tires and received confirmation e-mail of the appointment and a full quotation including the tires, mounting, balancing, installation, and alignment. Arrived on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at the scheduled time. Was advised 30 minute later that they don't have the tires but may be able to get them the following day for a $200 deposit. Unacceptable. Can't give one star.

Have always had excellent service at Big O. Met with professionalism and friendly people. Have used Big O for several years now and will continue to use Big O

I went in for an oil change and fuel filter change. When i got my car back i went to discount tire for a tire rotation and balance. They told me "just so you know, fuel is leaking out of your car!" and they were right, i could see it and smell it. I called Big O right back and returned to them. They figured out the issue, when they put it back together something else had broken but they some how missed all the fuel leaking out. The repair was made free of charge to me, thank you. But i am still very upset because I still need to take it somewhere else now and spend more money because there is a new whistling/whirlling noise! I have researched that if there is a build up that needs to be removed, a dent or pinch, or an air hole in one of the lines related to the fuel pump/lines/filter it can make this noise. It wasn't doing this before your team, "fixed it". Not happy that a simple fuel filter change has turned into a huge hassle and more money to spend on my part to figure what else they messed up now.

The mechanics did a great job on my brakes. I will be back

So frustrated with this service here. Why do you "franchise"� a store and not share work that has been done at other big O, tire kingdom or NTB stores that share the same warranty. I've had to call each store just to get my car serviced here after bringing a receipt from the other stores with what work was done. Instead of keeping records separate for "proprietary reasons"� How about you keep the customers happy and worry about the customer service instead of the money you can make from not sharing info. Not sharing info is really shady and means one location can recommend things for your vehicle that may not be needed and then another location recommend something way different just to fix the same issue and charge for something different. Super shady, an immoral way to practice and I'm tired of big O trying to blow smoke up my ass about proprietary bullshit. Just fix the issue.

I'm a repeat Customer due to the professionalism and experience of the Staff at Big O. They are no non-sense and very timely with repairs. I can count on them to get me back on the road as quickly as possible even as a drive in when trouble arises.

The last 2 visits were only fair. My husband dropped his truck off and waited for a call back - but the call never came. We wasted the day waiting. We finally called at 4 pm and it was done long ago. Same thing for my car this weekend - brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation (I was worried the tires might need to be replaced) - waited for a call to let me know it was done, but never received a call so I just went to the store and was told the oil change was done but I needed new tires. I told the person at the front desk that was why I was waiting for a call to determine if new tires were needed. So I took the car somewhere else for the tires.

Amazing customer service from Mike! Stopped in without an appointment and was taken care of right away and at a great price. Will definitely be back.

Been going here for years, not their best service day. Yes, they were slammed with people panicking over the recent and upcoming snow, but being turned away early in the morning for a simple tire plug repair by one person at the counter only to call later for an appointment and being told to bring it back down was not great. As an authorized Tire Rack installer, it would be helpful if they understood the basics of the warranty program. I also wish they would offer Nitrogen instead of just air (even as a surcharge). Nothing major, just some room for improvement. They got the job done and I will continue to bring my vehicles here for tire service.

Even though I was not satisfied with the tires I purchased, Tony made sure he made everything right when I was having problems. He is great to work with.

My car had been done for a while when I noticed it I reached out to them to check out. Then i just had my brakes done two weeks prior and was told they were at a 5 (the lady said of a 10). And when i called who did the brake job to discuss they said they were scored up to 8. and then took them to another mechanics, they said the brakes looked brand new still. It would seem they were trying to get me to get a brake job on brand new brakes

OK, until parking my high van the Big O employee backed it into tree branches, scratching my new rack and almost taking out my back up camera.

This location offers first class service! Seriously. At this location, they understand that car maintenance and things like flat tires are not usually the most convenient of things. I had never been to this location before and they got to working on my tire immediately. They, and specifically Jacob, who performed the service, were/was able to save me both time and money, by patching quite the whole in my tire, as opposed to jumping straight to the option of having to replace the entire tire. Not only that, but the sales associate (Tony) and others (Jake and Chris) sensed my having an off day and went above and beyond customer service wise. Thanks to this team, I was able to get to a work meeting on time and felt safe driving my car, after their fixing it. I will be a forever customer at this location, as I feel they are a trustworthy and customer service oriented bunch. That goes a long way in my book. Thank you again!
