Although this was an emergency flat tire, and I was lucky to get in on a busy Saturday, more communication is needed for the customer. 1) Are you repairing the tire or does it need replacement? I had to look through the window to watch a repair though I was never told during the process. 2) Why is the car sitting with completed repair for 20 minutes? Did something need to dry? Tell customer what's going on.

Used these guys to fix a tire that had a screw stuck in it, went to the gym across the street while they worked on it. After I was done working out, everything was fixed and ready to go.

I like your store and the people who work there. I had 4 tires put on the other day and was very happy with that part. Something else happened that concerned me. Apparently, I needed a front wheel alignment and said yes since I was there. Mike (I think) said it would take 20 minutes of extra time to add that on but then my car was done less than 10 minutes later. Obviously, it left me feeling like I did not get what I paid. I would have no way of knowing that so I trusted your process. But I can't help but feel like a 10-minute alignment for $69.99 can't be done in that short of time. Hmmmmm. Do you have any thoughts on that?

Mike and JT were awesome, got me on the schedule and fixed my flat in a timely matter. They didn't try and sell me, just fixed the flat, very reasonable, will definantly be back!

Didn't know that you are now taking reservations, so I showed up on Monday morning and had to make an appointment for Tuesday. Luckily, I had time to schedule on Tuesday.

PLEASE STOP MOVING MANAGERS AROUND!!! Victor was at this store then I followed him to the Remington store then he is moved back to the Bowles store and now to Arvada store. WTF. I think so highly of Victor I went to visit him in the hospital after his bike accident. I have been a Big O customer for MANY years and I have seen more management changes than I care to count. ITS RIDICULOUS Justin and John do a great job but as a customer the Management changes are unnerving and unnecessary. Employees were great, did a great job. However, it took 2-1/2 hours to get my winter tires put on. And I had an appointment!

Lance needs to go. The shop "hands team" did great and explained what happened to my tire. The front ciunter Lance has personal problems that interfere with his job. Next time I need tires I'm going elsewhere that's how bad he is.

The store and the mechanic took much longer than usual, about 2 hours. Perhaps she was learning her job and we need to be patient with trainees, but my main frustration was that she took time to text on her phone while she was working on my car. The price was good for my tires and hopefully they did a good job balancing and putting on the tires.

Tire rotation was good,but came home, driving out of your parking lot, with a new noise not previously heard. Sounds a little like an exhaust issue. Not related to tire rotation that we came in for. Understand that. None the less, occurred at your store, at the time of service Spoke to Manager John who sounded put out but he said bring it in to look at. We're hesitant to do that. Will be taking it to the dealer to see what they say.

I inquired about some new tires for my Prius. The girl at the counter said she didn't have them at the moment but would get them on Thursday. It's Friday now, and I havn't gotten a phone call to say that the tires are in, and I can come on down and drop off my car. I just live around the corner.
