Justin was managing the store when I came in. He is also the person who called before my appointment to let me know there are two sizes of tires for my car. Imagine how much time it saves customers to know ahead of time. He explained several possible options, looked at tires for another of my cars, and taught me about BMW and its specific tire requirements. I was grateful for his attention and for Mike's work on the car. I think it took them 20 minutes to diagnose and correct the problem. I will buy tires for the other vehicle this week. This was my first visit to the Broomfield, CO, location.

Too care of all my car needs

Came in on the spot because we needed a tire patch and Jon helped us out. He was quick to check the car out and tell us what needed to be done. There was no waiting at all the price was great and he was so nice helping us out!!!

Everyone at this specific Big O Tire is very knowledgeable and friendly. The manager, Bryan Peregrine, is extremely knowledgeable in the tire and automotive industry. Also the facility is very clean and they have a comfortable lounge to sit in while you wait for your car to get serviced.

Associate was kind and provides realistic expectations didn't try to upsell me on anything.

Always prompt and 1st class

The people were great, friendly and thorough. Wish it didn't take so long to change tires, but rather that than rushing. Wonderful this location is right next to Chick-Fil-A to have a meal while you wait. Wish there was a nicer outdoor seating just because it's such a wonderful day today, but understand how that can be complex.

Anthony was really patient and helpful. I was looking for some tires out of stock across the nation and he was really helpful in finding options. When I finally found them via mail order, he helped get me scheduled and took care of tire installs on both my vehicles.

There were no surprises in my bill. The associates did the work they said they would- with no sudden add-ons.

Walked in without an appointment, place was busy. Car was done right when they said it would be (4 new tires) and had a place for me to get some work done while i waited
