Called first thing in the morning to see about getting new tires for the Jeep. Cameron answered the phone and was professional and polite. Took Jeep to shop around 9am. Within an hour or so he called with an update and recommended a couple of additional things the Jeep needed. I ended up going with new shocks in addition to the tires and alignment. By mid afternoon Cameron called to inform me the tires, shocks and alignment were complete. We like your Big O location. Clean, convenient, nice folks, good service and all at reasonable prices.

Compared to other places that I contacted that day, you guys were the only one with the tire brand and size in stock but did it at a affordable price.

The sales associate was friendly and courteous. I dropped my car off after work for a 9 am appointment. It was done by 9 am. I was so surprised. Great place.

I work in the mountains and they were expecting a bunch of snow this weekend, and, they couldn’t get me in at the store close by my home, but, they did arrange for me to go to another facility, and got the work done in less than an hour!!!! I was so happy!!!!

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE IF RECEIVED. MY CAR WAS MAKING STRANGE BUMPING TYPE ISSUES ON THE LEFT FRONT--I STOPPED BY THE STORE TO SEE IF A TIRE WAS GOING BAD. THEY PLACED IT ON THE LIFT AND DETERMINED MY STEERING JOINTS WERE BAD AND NEEDED REPLACED. IT WAS A RAINY SATURDAY AND NOT MUCH BUSINESS AND THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ME AND HAD EVERYTHING REPLACED BY 5 PM. I WAS VERY PLEASED! I HAVE PURCHASED MY TIRES HERE FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE ALSO HAD OTHER SERVICES.

I like this location very much, I went to a couple locations to look for new tires and here the young lady that helped me found the best kind of tires for my car. Any other time I come to this location, its always been a positive experience too, they always make an effort to be accommodating to your schedule which I'm sure many busy people appreciate!

Our car tire kept loosing pressure and then I saw a nail in it. I was pleasantly surprised that I could make an appoint the next day on line at our newest BigO. The technicians were pleasant and the store clean. They estimated it would take 1 hour and we ran a few errands and came back in exactly 1 hour and they were pulling the car around to the front. Easy and complete.
