I have been with them for about 5 years and they have alway done a great job i have referred many of my coworkers to them and they were please with their work

I am a regular customer with Big O (formerly NTB in Columbus, OH before I moved to Boulder in 2011). The service is good and the above is good for a tire shop. I grew up in service stations in the 50's and 60's, sold and changed out a lot of tires and I believe my expectations may be more grounded than most. I appreciated the Big O manager figuring out how I may optimize my discount in purchasing 4-tires for my wife's well seasoned 1994 Volvo wagon with 300,000 miles. (Tires book value may be higher than car's book value :-)) I had to show some savings to make my wife smile and your manager helped. I am loyal to Big O as my business failed and I had to file for Bankruptcy in 2012. Big O was the only credit line that did not close my account and I will forever be grateful, as we had a $2,500 repair need within this period that we charged and promptly paid off. Prompt, professional and polite! Assuming the services performed (oil change and rear brake pads and rotors) will perform. I am extremely happy with the service I was provided and because both of my visits to this store have been successful I will use them again for my next car service.

My 4Runner had a flat tire. It was the end of a long day and Big O Tires at 3000 Valmont in Boulder, CO did everything exceptionally well to make my evening great! Shiloh Martinez was awesome. She made sure everything was just as they said it would be and they were pretty fast to complete the job also. Thank you!!!

Big O is absolute the best choice in Boulder for any of your car's needs! The staff is incredible! They are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and have a "can do" attitude. They are punctual and do a great job not only fixing the problem you come in for but also sharing their honest knowledge about anything else you may need to do to keep your car in great shape and running its best. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto care!!!

I was professionally taken care of by Alex, Austin and Norman. All three handled me and my car with the utmost respect and care. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and professionalism of this location and I will surely do my tire business with them in the future and send anyone I know that needs tire service there.

Because I think--I had used Big O for my tire rotation last season and I had paid for it, this time, I was pleasantly surprised that it was offered at no charge. It's already a super affordable service, so offering it gratis---was really cool and will definitely keep me not only getting my tires rotated, but purchasing my tires there as well.
