I brought my car in due to the "check tire pressure" warning that kept coming up on my dash. Mark took care of it immediately. He was helpful, friendly, and quick. He explained that someone had pumped way too much air into one of my tires. I was in and out of there in less than ten minutes. I'll be back...

Aaron and Matt were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful and took good care of me. Although we were unable to take care of a non tire issue due to techs not being available, I had an excellent experience at Big O Tires.

The staff was very friendly, attentive, punctual and knowledgeable. They didn’t treat me like a dumb girl and take advantage of me like some other car repair shops do. The service was done well and transformed my vehicle into feeling like a new car.

Called at 5 pm hoping to be able to bring my car in for a tire rotation before the store closed. Assumed the answer would be "no", but to my surprise, the young woman (can't recall her name, unfortunately) told me to bring it in. Once there, despite being pretty busy, I was waited on quickly and they got my car in and out within 15 minutes. What stuck out to me the most about the experience is the woman at the front desk. She was very pleasant and on top of her job, both over the phone and in person. I'm ways going back and forth between Big O and Discount for my tires and/or tire maintenance. I didn't think there was much of a difference between the two . . . I do now. It'll be Big O from now on. Thanks:)
