Joseph was spot on. He was very helpful knowledgeable. He got me in 1st his crew was very fast 2hr brakes, rotors, calbers. I will never go to another big o tires again except "VALMONT". Big o Tires needs to pay employees great bonus, that makes Big O Tires thrive! If Joseph and his crew leave well I might have to rethink that. "Evergreen & Golden" take some notes!

Nick Flatley was great.Two days ago, I walked in to buy tires at 4PM. I wanted to purchase and then make an appointment to have them mounted. Nick said he could have them on for me within and hour or two. The place was jammin". I said wonderful. . It took longer than expected but pone of the guys stayed late to make sure the alignment was right. I was so happy to have the job done. I have been going to Big o for many years. The customer service here is second-to-none

I booked an appt easily online for same day service on a Saturday. It was convenient and easy and the service itself was great from start to finish.

I use to live and work in Boulder, now I live 30 mins away and will drive into this Big O Tire location simply because the quality of service, the attention to detail and care of my car cannot be matched anywhere.

I bought Big O tires for the first time on my 2006 GMC Envoy last year. I do a lot of driving and noticed my tires were looking like they might not make this next winter season. Jacob checked my tires and discussed changing them out using the warranty. The prorating system was very fair. I'm pleased with the fairness and professional handling.

Everything was completed quickly, the servicemen were knowlegable and friendly, and everything was done to my expectations, and I keep high standards.

First of all, I needed to come in on a Sunday and I was grateful that they were open. I thought I needed an alignment but I needed a lot more. It didn't surprise me though. They analyzed the problem and gave it to me straight. I feel like I can trust these guys and I'd come back if I didn't live so far away.

I am from out of town and had a low tire warning. I called and they told me to come in and they would take care of it. Joe was awesome and easy to talk to. Angel fixed the tire and was also very friendly. If you live in Boulder, these are the guys to go to. If I need service when in Boulder next summer, this is where I will go! Thank you Joe and Angel for taking care of us. They got me in and out in under an hour. Can’t ask for better service.

Great costumer service

I came into the store Wednesday before a storm. It was full but the person at the desk said the store would be open at 7 am. They actually were open before that and Dennis the guy behind the desk was very helpful. I had to be at work by 8:45. Dennis thought my truck would do be done before then. Indeed it was done at 8 am on a cold snowy day. I needed snow/mud tires changed out on my truck for hunting season. I was leaving the next day. Thanks to Dennis and his crew my trip was more secure and safe. I totally appreciated their hard work on a snowy day.

Efficient service. Took advantage of free tire rotation, and they also fixed a slow leak for free.
