Kevin really knows how to take care of customers. Bob is another person right up there too. Last time I went in, Travis assisted me and did not have a good experience. Good thing he is no longer with big o tires. What a jerk! I called in concerning an oil change and they took care of me super quick and thorough. Love this location and will be continuing to come back. Thanks guys!

Great service with Joe and his team at the Arapahoe location. Got me in and out with brand new tires in about an hour. Communicated everything to me as we went and helped me every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, great service, overall great experience. I have been going to this location for two or three years and have never had a single issue with their products or services.

They always go out of their way to help me with anything I have needed... even if that means personally driving to the local warehouse to pick up an item they don't have at the store (on Arapahoe).

They got me in fast and got my tire changed fast as well, the price was really good. They also brought up some other concerns they had with my vehicle and let me know the best course of action for that

Manager JasonK & Asst ShawnW and their top-notch staff have ALWAYS provided excellent service & go the extra mile so my trucks run great.
