Best customer service ever. Keep it up

I was shopping around for the best price to do an oil change on my 2017 BMW X3 and I just so happened to be in the are of this shop. Well, the guys there were able to fit me in immediately and the service was quick and at the right price! And, I even found a coupon online for $10.00 off! The two gentleman that I dealt with there were courteous, helpful, and very professional! Ten stars all the way around and I would not only go back again but I am going to tell everyone I know that if they need to get work done, this Big O is the way to go! Big thanks to the guys for fitting me in with no appointment and getting it knocked out super quick! Amazing!

I always feel secure with any service I receive for my car. What I also like is how well the service specialist explains the work they completed on my car. That’s why I continue to go to my Bog O tire store

I work about 4 blocks from bingo. I discovered a flat tire when I left work. The service manager said he could help me, but it might take about an hour and 45 minutes, because there were people in front of me. I told him please proceed. He actually got to my car within 45 minutes, and within an hour I was ready to go! He did not charge me to fix the flat, but ask me to buy tires from him when I was ready. I've purchased two sets of tires from Big O, & I will definitely go there again.

Kudos to Anthony. While Big O is know for their tires, it is the service and repair that keeps me coming back. Costs are much lower than dealerships for most repairs and service. Trust and honesty regarding what is necessary and what isn’t is something you can count on from Anthony.

I have been to the Centennial location several times now and am pleased with the service. Most recently, Bob and his team were excellent.

Mgr fixed my flat no issues or complaints. And it was on the house. He was courteous and gave me a quote for new tires with no pressure. Very much the opposite of what i experienced at the competition...

Took my car in to have a low tire fixed and the tires rotated. It was easy and happened without any difficulties. Accurate time estimate, and friendly polite service keep me returning.

I was recognized by name when I walked in. My car was recognized also. I was advised against a transmission flush due to potential issues with the service instead of just doing it and seeing what happens.

I received a courtesy call at exactly the time I was told my tires would arrive. I drove over and they put the tires on in a very timely manner. I was very pleased. I will keep Big-O in mind when I need tires in the future.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotate. It took about an hour and a half but I felt they did a thorough job actually inspecting the vehicle and filling out the condition report vs pencil whipping it. I wish somehow they could take reservations for oil changes but I don't know anyone who does. Good job

Brought the car in without an appointment, Car was done mid afternoon, summer tires in bags in the back and good balance on the drive home"�.no fuss"�drop off, pick up all is good!

I stopped in due to low tire pressure, when I stopped in I told them my issue told them I would leave my car,when I asked if they needed any of my info they said no as they knew who I was.I use this location regularly for my tire rotations.
