I stopped by on a whim after work with a likely leak. I couldn’t get the dealer service department to even answer the phone. I pulled up hoping they might just be able to diagnose the problem. They got me in immediately and were able to fix the problem in minutes. They were kind, caring and helpful. The price was reasonable and my overall experience was what customer service should be.

I was working with Jo Jo, he was great! had concern about my brakes, but the guys check it and my brakes just fine, no replacement necessary! Great news, they don't try to sell me a service that i don't need! Thank you for the great customer service, as always! Oleg

Came in because had a flat, found there was nail in it. They fixed it right away and charged me nothing!! Was surprised as did not buy the tires there but at the other big name tires store, but couldn't get in as they were completely booked up for the day. Glad I came by and gave Big O a chance.

Very professional service rendered

I called this morning to get a patch on my tire. I dropped my tire off and they were done within the hour. Great customer service. I would highly recommend.

Dropped by this location to have a flat tire fixed without an appointment. The gentleman that greeted me was very helpful. He walked out to my truck to get the tire and got one of his Technicians to immediately start the repair. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes and they didn't even charge me for the repair. Thank you! I'll be bring my business back to you in the future!

By far one of the most plesent experiences i have had buying tires. The store was clean and well lit and katie was promt, friendly, knowledgeable , and she answered all my questions. Would definitely come back.
