We have been customer of Big O tires for sometime now. The staff that works there care about the customers 110%. We have always been very satisfied with out experiences there. They treat us like family. It is very refreshing and wonderful.

New tires: Asked for tire pressure of 70# front tires and 60# in back. You put 80# in all. Had to adjust at home.

Got me in and out quickly very important

My tire kept losing air. Didn't know why. They stated they looked at the tire but didn't see a hole or any other reason for the leaking. So they ended up replacing the metal pin in the valve stem stating that when I filled the tire up a cpl times it probably moved out of place. Even though it was a $25 charge, the tire ended up completely flat the next morning. I went elsewhere the next day. The other company found a previous plug that was leaking. Because of where the hole was, I had to get a new tire. So I'm sure how NTB missed the leaking plug. They also scraped up my rim. So not too happy with their service since they replaced something that didn't need replacing.

Been going there for years. Never had a problem. Staff is really friendly.

Took 4 and a half hours to get 2 oil changes

They were able to fit me in without an appointment. The price was very reasonable. Everything was done like I ask

I took my car in to have breaks, rotors, alignment and struts done in the beginning of August.. when I Picked up the car the sub frame was not tightened properly Car handled wildly at highway speed. Took the car back the front desk clerk told me maybe I wasn't used to driving it with new struts .. I said I drive the car a lot I know how it handles and the car is still not correct .. I feel I should be taking this to the Ford dealership in Craig to see what is wrong with the car still not handling properly at highway speed's

I didn’t have to make an appointment, I was able to just call on the day of my service and let them know I was coming. The service was quick and a very good price. They didn’t recommend anything extra that I didn’t need or want. Very friendly people working there.

This is supposed to be a professional tire and wheel shop except for them supervising their new employees. They broke 3 wheel studs and didn't know that the hub rings in the bag of lugs for the wheels requested to be installed went together. Then blame the customer when the tech is going wild with an impact wrench when they should be using torque wrenches to tighten the lugs. Garbage!!!

The tires I needed were not in store, but the sales associate got them ordered and they arrived at the store the next day! The sales associate called to let me know that my tires did come in and I could get them installed same day. The price was the best I had found for the tires I wanted, the road side warranty that was added seems like a great feature. The whole staff was very knowledgeable and friendly!

I would not recommend visiting this store for tires. They tried to charge me significantly more than the advertised online price for my tires and then acted like they were doing me a favor by matching the online price when I confronted them about the discrepancy. I also got hit with a $14 shop supplies fee on top of labor costs that was not included in the online quote. And after the tires were on and the car was parked, they held me up an extra 30 minutes at the shop for a free alignment check which resulted in them trying to sell me $1k worth of work that my trusted mechanics back home have not recommended or made me aware of despite recent alignments. Feels like they were more concerned about making money than valuing the customer and their wallet. Watch out and keep an eye on your bill. Or just avoid this place as I will in the future.

Always have been a great experience to work with them. The store is always clean. The staff tells me that something needs to be changed before they just do it.

Went to Big O in Craig on my way to Moab for a quick brake bleed. Grateful they could get us in at 4:30. The staff was pretty nice but knew nothing about a VW Vanagon. Asked for a brake test and flush, first the team could not figure out where the brake fluid Res was, they also did not have DOT 4 fluid. They said they would pressure bleed them twice, then do some manual pumping. Also asked them to check tire pressure, fluids and pad depth, non of which they did. Simply put, they pressure bled the brakes once.. used MY DOT 4 fluid that I provided, did no manual pumping and then proceeded to charge me $90.00 for 15 min of work.. The brakes were just as soft as when I brought them in. Should have been a no charge. Wont be going there again and neither should anyone.

Everyone is helpful and make sure you are pleased with the service. Payment was fast and I was on my way home. Great service guys.

Spent quite a bit on tires for both vehicles. Had an issue with a brand new one, was charged for it and when I asked why, the sales person was rude about it. Was rude to me the first time I came in too. Really disappointed about having to pay roadside a second time and bad customer service. Won't be back

my experience in big o was horrible customer service was awful. there techs not only dont know what there doing , they broke parts on my front end . ( the tie rod end coupler ) it was there for a front end alignment. and twice they worked on it, and twice i recieved it with a crooked steering wheel and it was all over the road, they actually sent it back to there customers that way. and broke a part. And they denied breaking it. the techs should man up. then the LOL owner stuck up for them . We demanded our money back not even an apology . they said they will not pay for the parts they broke. so i took it to a real garage where the techs were proffesional and kind and they fixed it. and the steering wheel is even straight.i know this wont reach the public because they will delete it. but corporate know and everyone i talk to will know

Honest with me on how to fix my lug nuts so I wouldn't have a problem in the future
