Big O Tires

We have been using the Craig, CO Big O store for several years, for both personal vehicles and my husband's company vehicles. These guys do know what they're doing, and do a good job for the most part. Our only complaint is that they are not as thorough as they should be. Just recently, I went to have my snow tires put on. The low tire dash indicator was lit, and I failed to mention it when I left my vehicle with them. After the snow tires had been mounted, and they returned my vehicle, I noticed the dash indicator was still lit. I ended up having to return to the store to have the tire pressure checked, and the computer in my car reset. This is something they should have seen and remedied during the first visit. I realize the reason they are not thorough is because they are always so busy, and are rushing to get everyone's vehicle completed and returned. This is a direct result of the "No Appointment Required" policy of Big O Tires. I would rather need an appointment, than sit and wait for hours, and the work STILL not be completed thoroughly.

My experience with your store was excellent. Johnny was very knowledgeable of the products your store offers. The price quoted to me was fair compared to other tire stores. Your staff who put the snowtires on, where fast and plotie. The did not try to sell me anything i did not need for my vehicle. I would do business with your company and again. I would recommend people make the drive from Steamboat Springs to Craig to conduct busines with store. It was a pleasurable experience. Thank you.

I have bought Big-O tires for many years including past business owner of Big-O here in Craig. Tires good value; service usually good & last couple visits personnel have been friendly. Do think they could still be more personable with more communication, information, and speedier on a regular and consistent basis.

This review is for the Big O in Craig Colorado. My Dodge Ram 2500 wheel bearing assembly went out about a block from Big O late afternoon. I made it over to the Big O and asked the guys if there was any way they could replace the entire hub assembly on no notice. These guys dropped everything and started working on my truck. I had my 90 pound Airedale terrier with me and everyone welcomed the bg dog like he was family. The mechanics continued working on my truck until around 10PM...realized the truck needed a tie rod - but the parts stores all were closed so the truck would need to be there all night. One of the mechanics drove me the hour and a half back to my place at 11PM...then came back to pick me up the next day when my truck was finished. My truck was fixed to perfection and the repair cost was mega reasonable. This shop is like family - everyone is friendly but professional. The mechanics know their stuff and the prices are competitive. I still get truck and trailer tires there as well as repair/maintenance for my truck. ~Valerie~ Buford, CO

We have been taking our vehicles to the Craig Big O Store for several years, and have always received courteous and knowledgeable service. Our only complaint is that they miss some of the details. If a vehicle has several issues, one might not be addressed. They are trying to give speedy service, but are sacrificing Great service. At this particular visit, I specifically requested a window sticker for when the next oil change is due. As a senior citizen, I rely on that sticker to know when it's time to get another oil change. The sticker was not installed.

Quality price. They have performed good service in the past.
