I called at the last minute at noon on Friday, to see if i could get an appointment for new tires that day. I spoke with Kyle Cheetham, and he set a time for me and made it easy for me to get there. They got my car right in, and within an hour, my new tires were balanced, mounted, and ready to go. Kyle did let me know there were no problems as they changed the tires, and he was very personable with a number of other customers in the waiting area, as it was a truly busy Friday afternoon. I love the tires, as always, and I have to say Kyle was exceptionally informed, efficient, and helpful. Thank you, Kyle, and great work. Happy Monday to all the staff at Big O

I made the appointment on Tuesday for Friday in the same week, Cole at front desk was knowledgeable, polite and punctual. I got new brakes in 2 and a half hours. Just wonderful all around
