I really enjoy going to a store and feeling appreciated. That was how I felt when I went into this store.

Work was done timely, Associates were friendly and efficient. Restrooms were clean and fresh. Waiting area was pleasant.

Last year I sent my daughter to this store in Lyra drive as she was having problems with one of the tires on her car! Wasn't sure if needed resealed or new tire! Jim took great care of her and got her fixed up with a new tired at a great price and customer service to he max! Would recommend this store and Jim to any and everyone! Even with Mr. Wilson's review, this store has a great overall score! Jim, no nonsense type, had my vehicle in the shop within minutes. Shaun, Bill and Chris, extremely intense, high energy chaps, had my vehicle done ahead of schedule! I would and will recommend this store to all my friends!!! By the way, Mr. Wilson, as a parent of a 21 year old daughter myself, using her to spout your dissatisfactions seems to be the lowest thing a parent can do to a child.

The team especially Kyle noticed a dangerous tyre and change for our spare. They were so quick and efficient.

We put on new tires and Rims on our 2002 Dodge Intrepid and were extra pleased with the service to run down the new rims and i have bought big o tires for all our vehicles for many years and even had 35s put on my old 1983 dodge ram and they lasted a long time had a lot of fun having the tires for hunting and my 2009 ram great for touring and hunting and fishing Thank You John Martinez Facilities Maintenance CNCC

I got a new battery in November and was completely dead by January. I went and got the new one and had no problems with getting it replaced for free! It was such a relief

I called at the last minute at noon on Friday, to see if i could get an appointment for new tires that day. I spoke with Kyle Cheetham, and he set a time for me and made it easy for me to get there. They got my car right in, and within an hour, my new tires were balanced, mounted, and ready to go. Kyle did let me know there were no problems as they changed the tires, and he was very personable with a number of other customers in the waiting area, as it was a truly busy Friday afternoon. I love the tires, as always, and I have to say Kyle was exceptionally informed, efficient, and helpful. Thank you, Kyle, and great work. Happy Monday to all the staff at Big O
