I really enjoy going to a store and feeling appreciated. That was how I felt when I went into this store.

Communication was great!, They let me leave my car there a week ahead of time and pick it up much later

Well Colin was knowledgeable to begin with. He also contacted me letting me know my alignment could not be completed without replacing my pitman and idler arms. He had pricing for me before he made that call. The truck was finished by the time I requested and the price was right on!

Great location, friendly staff and quick service!

Last year I sent my daughter to this store in Lyra drive as she was having problems with one of the tires on her car! Wasn't sure if needed resealed or new tire! Jim took great care of her and got her fixed up with a new tired at a great price and customer service to he max! Would recommend this store and Jim to any and everyone! Stopped in to check on tire prices and availability and when I could get an appt. Tires were available at that time, and because I came from 45 miles away they worked me into the schedule that day so I didnt need to make a special trip back to have the tires put on. The staff was so nice and very accommodating. Fabulous service, it was well worth the drive! They have my business in the future!

Even with Mr. Wilson's review, this store has a great overall score! Jim, no nonsense type, had my vehicle in the shop within minutes. Shaun, Bill and Chris, extremely intense, high energy chaps, had my vehicle done ahead of schedule! I would and will recommend this store to all my friends!!! By the way, Mr. Wilson, as a parent of a 21 year old daughter myself, using her to spout your dissatisfactions seems to be the lowest thing a parent can do to a child.

I bought a set of Michelins from this location. They had it done fast and aligned the car. It was a great experience. I highly suggest shopping here.

Work was done timely, Associates were friendly and efficient. Restrooms were clean and fresh. Waiting area was pleasant.

I got a new battery in November and was completely dead by January. I went and got the new one and had no problems with getting it replaced for free! It was such a relief
