They got my truck in immediately even though I was 30 minutes early. Staff was friendly and visited with me when they had time. Gave a free alignment check and gave me the choice to adjustment one wheel that was slightly out of alignment. All done in an hour

Was in GJ on Saturday afternoon/evening when I noticed a nail in tire. The North Ave. Big O was good at getting me right in and fixing nail/hole in tire but by time I got on I70 they were closed when I noticed my front end balance was terrible. The BigO in Craig (where I have purchased all my tires for both cars the last several tire changes were great at getting my truck in, fixing problem, rotating tires, balancing tires, all while being very friendly, courteous, and professional. Great job and much appreciated!

Good value and courteous staff

The only problem for me is you do not make appointments.... I have Big-O tires on all of my cars but can never get a tire rotation or oil change because I can not leave my car for half of the day to get a service.
