Big O Tires

Travis, Johnny, Jeremy, and the rest of the guys at the Craig Big O store are ALWAYS easy to work with. They call me to make sure they do what I want, or need, them to do and they always go above and beyond to help me out when my work schedule makes things crazy. The guys are helpful and I have never walked out of the store feeling like I was taken advantage of because I am a woman. It's a pleasure to do business with them!

Living in a small community, it's second nature to head to the city to buy things - especially the more expensive things that you KNOW you can get much cheaper! My family shops at BIG O Tires in Craig, CO for a few reasons. 1st: they have the most amazing customer service and 2nd: their prices, a lot of times, beat the prices of the shops in the city! This Big O always does a good job of making you feel like you are the only customer in the store. They always seem to be busy, however I never feel like I am a number in this store.

Always get personal prompt service. Very friendly and knowledgeable about there products. Appreciate the free rotation and flat repair service that is offered with the tires. The coffee is great!!

We have been using this Big O store for several years, for personal as well as commercial vehicles.Overall, we get great service here.There has been the occasional "glitch", but management has always been very responsive and fixed the problem each time.When we come in to the store, we are remembered and greeted by name.It makes us feel very special!

The service friendly, fast and at good price.

My brakes went out about a block away from the shop. It was closing time and they took me and my grandson home and then were going to pick us up the next day but we found a ride. They are always great to take us and pick us up. I don't know what we would do without them. Great service. They let me know immediately how much and never add extras to the price. They are great to give me estimates so I can budget for future work.

The employees promptly acknowledged and engaged customers. The public space was clean and comfortable. Employees competently answered all my questions. Good group of people.
