Travis, Johnny, Jeremy, and the rest of the guys at the Craig Big O store are ALWAYS easy to work with. They call me to make sure they do what I want, or need, them to do and they always go above and beyond to help me out when my work schedule makes things crazy. The guys are helpful and I have never walked out of the store feeling like I was taken advantage of because I am a woman. It's a pleasure to do business with them!

Your crew in Craig always takes care of me. They have gone beyond the call of duty a time or two for me over the years. What more can one ask for. Because sadly, most businesses today, don't want to go the extra mile. Or, they make sure to charge you for every little thing they do.

I called and got a same day appointment. They got my truck sone in no time at all. Only complaint was i did ask them to look at my squeaky belt and they forgot to do so. Thats ok though i can make another appoinment for the check over.

This Big O always does a good job of making you feel like you are the only customer in the store. They always seem to be busy, however I never feel like I am a number in this store.

The personnel was very friendly and accommodating, got me in right away, explained the process and details on state of my tires. I added windshield wipers and they were on stock. Technician was great and returned my vehicle better than expected

Always get personal prompt service. Very friendly and knowledgeable about there products. Appreciate the free rotation and flat repair service that is offered with the tires. The coffee is great!!

Things were explained and Cole went above & beyond to make sure the correct tires fit without rubbing or issues. I feel I received great customer service!!

We have been using this Big O store for several years, for personal as well as commercial vehicles.Overall, we get great service here.There has been the occasional "glitch", but management has always been very responsive and fixed the problem each time.When we come in to the store, we are remembered and greeted by name.It makes us feel very special!

My brakes went out about a block away from the shop. It was closing time and they took me and my grandson home and then were going to pick us up the next day but we found a ride. They are always great to take us and pick us up. I don't know what we would do without them. Great service. They let me know immediately how much and never add extras to the price. They are great to give me estimates so I can budget for future work.

They answered my questions right away and then got there service done an hour ahead of scheduled and they made sure I was all set to go asap so much appreciated for everything they did.
