Big O Tires

I drove from Steamboat Springs to Craig to have my snow tires put on. Johnny waited on me and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I asked him about some upcoming maintenance and parts I will need and he immediately began pricing them while explaining my options. I was very impressed by the time he took and detail he provided. I will definitely go back and will recommend to my friends.

Sales associate was easy going and gave me a range of options for my new truck tires. I own a full size truck, for which tires are not cheap. He took the time to explain all the options and make sure I got the right set of tires for my needs.

Travis did a great job explaining what they were looking for during the inspection, what to expect for options, timeframe to get the parts in and expected amount of work time. The job took longer than expected due to issues with the vehicle being worked on in font of mine, but this was communicated to me. The price was exactly as quoted, minus a coupon I received in the mail a few days prior, which is always great.

I had a nail in my tire and I was a walk in with no appointment, they looked up my account on computer and they offered to fix my tire and do a rotation also which was due according to the milage on the tires. I was told it would be an hour or less waiting period and they work me into the schedule. Travis W. At craig big O kept his word an in an hour or less my vehicle was finished. Then another man there assisted me in selecting new tires which I will return to purchase in September. Great job Craig Big O!

Visiting Steamboat Springs in rental truck and got a flat in the National Forest on Sunday.I changed the tire out to the temporary spare.Called Doc's Auto in Steamboat on Monday and they couldn't work me in until Wednesay.They asked if I could leave the car all day. I said no, not to just fix a flat. Called AAA and they recommended Big O's in Craig. Mel Newton waited on us and he is the best. Well worth the drive, even for an oil change. Steamboat Springs auto repairs want over $100 to change oil and you have to wait a week to get an appointment. Not so @ Big O's.

I had to go to Craig so I called - they fit me in. Tires were quoted accurate. Tires were mounted & balanced in a timely manor. Service was great. I’ve worked with Cole as my old company pick up your bad tires for recycling.
