I can not say enough great things about Justin. From the moment I called to talk to someone to when I left the store, he was so helpful. He explained to me in full detail the pros and cons of the tires I was purchasing. He was friendly and well mannered and very empathetic with my situation. When there was a problem with my tire, he brought in the rim to show me EXACTLY what the problem was. He even brought me out to see the damage under the wheel well and explained to me why my spare had to stay on. I appreciate workers like Justin, funny, honest and caring. I usually go to another establishment that sells tires, but in the future I will be taking my business to BIG O. THANK YOU JUSTIN!!!!

Derek did an excellent job assisting me as I got my winter tires put on my vehicle. The work was done in a timely fashion and a message left on my phone letting me know my vehicle was ready. Great job Derek and Big O.

Justin did a great job! Friendly, professional and clearly worked hard to please. Knowledgeable, he completely understood the Nitto tires had two sidewall options and he made sure all four tires had the same sidewall lug design. Plus I left my Fire HD pad in the waiting room, and sure enough when I went back the next day Justin had set it aside for me. He is a credit to your company. I'd also add this is the first time in twenty years or so I didn't go to your competitor Discount Tire, and I cannot be more satisfied.

There was an error on my work, but the folks proactively contacted me and made it Right.

I have been coming to this Big O Tires since I moved to this part of Denver 7 years ago. I have always been happy with the service. When I lived in Aurora I was a Big O customer for years there as well and have found consistantly good service and products at both stores. I see no reason to ever change. They treat me right and do what they say.

We came in on a Sunday morning, out of state with a nail in our tire. Trying to get back home asap. The guys were so helpful and tried their best to get us on the road. Unfortunately, a new tire had to be brought from a warehouse on Monday. They got us in Monday, changed our tire and got us going. Very knowledgeable and tried their best to help us out, especially on a weekend.

Every employee I dealt with was helpful and friendly. I always feel the pricing is fair.

Out of state customer from California on a long trip, already marginal tires developed bubble while in the mountains in Glenwood Springs, I had big trouble finding the tires I wanted in that area (even Walmart in Rifle and Dillon/ Avon couldn't help me). Unsympathetic and unfriendly Big O in Glenwood tried to get me to spend $299 for two tires out the door. (I left them a very bad review). Here, Justin and Derek were great, personable and friendly and competent, you have two great employees in these guys. I was out the door for $186. You should buy the franchise in Glenwood and create there what you have here.
