Everything went smoothly. The men who helped were knowledgeable about what my car needed with the recommendations from the dealership. It was what was being recommended at the mileage I had on the car. It was a really smooth ride home in what felt like my "new" car!

accommodated me well for a 2 visit 2 tire deal for my old truck. price matched the tire I requested with the more expensive tire they had in stock. not huge, like $10 bucks but that is good business.

Big O on Arapahoe in Greenwood Village has become my go to location for vehicle services. The associates are helpful and friendly, and importantly they can always schedule us in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

The team at this location is very professional and extremely helpful. They got me right in and I had 4 new tires in no time flat. I'm also glad they didn't offer me a credit card application. This should not be a requirement of your staff. Getting people to sign up for credit is a bad thing. You should be ashamed for even making this a metric!!

I have brought my Ford Escape to this Big O Tires location twice and have excellent and attentive customer service both times. I felt that the technicians were very communicative and highly competent. They were also friendly and a pleasure to work with. I also felt that they went above and beyond to get service completed quickly. I will absolutely bring my Escape back soon for new tires and any other service it requires.

I had already received a quote from the store on E. Hampden, but with the snowstorm that had hit that morning, I needed my tires sooner than I had planned. Jeremy called to Greenwood Village & asked Tim if they could do it and they could! Tim even drove me to a nearby restaurant so that I could eat while they did the work. I found out afterward that Tim even had to drive to get a 4th tire that wasn't in their inventory like they had thought. All of these things: nasty weather, a last minute request, inventory glitches, and a store full of other customers did not cause any problems. And the attitude of all of the guys involved from both stores were fantastic! They were friendly, courteous, and the work was finished faster than they had promised! Even the tech who did the install was awesome! Everyone who worked on my car deserves a HUGE thank you!! I will always come back to Big O because they treat me well every time!
