Nice job as always with the guys at Big O ! Dropped off my truck. Walked to Torchys got a taco relaxed on the patio and then walked back truck is done. Rotate, balance and alignment ready for winter mountain driving.

Follow up on new tire issues resolved with no issues.

I had my tires rotated and my rear brakes pads and rotors replaced. The service was good and Ill wait and see how the brakes perform. I usually go to my Subaru guy but this was more convenient.

The purposed of the service visit was to swap snow to summer wheels and tires. Not only was I surprised at there being no charge but that it could be done so quickly was impressive. Jose Cancanon was very professional, friendly, and very easy to speak and deal with. I did have an issue NO fault of Jose. The prior shop, not BigO lost a lug nut. Jose told me to contact the dealer to get a new one, as one was not available for order. I was able to order one Monday, pick it up Tuesday and on my way back from the dealer I stopped over and Jose had the last lug bolt put on right away. I am not easily impressed but my future business will be given to this location just from the experience with Jose. I would hire Jose into any customer facing role regardless of his experience as his easy with myself and and the interactions I saw with other customers was top notch. Kudos to Jose and the BigO team!!! Thanks for a pleasant experience.

The guys were nice and helped me out by looking at my transmission while they were doing the oil change. Called when my car was ready. Easy peasy!

Hello I go to this Big O for the location being close to my job and I can drop my car off for service, always done same day and staff is friendly and offer good advice. Never pressure you to have things done, just advise. Thank you Deborah

The front desk man at my store was very courteous and chatty and knowledgeable. He even was able to fix my eyeglasses while I sat waiting! He needs a raise! Amy
