I had a unigue sitiation with my truck, before it got corrected the whole staff gathered around to brainstorm the problem and i walked out very satisfied, thx

The staff was thorough and explained the problem they encountered very well. They took me home when the car was not done by close of business. They were most apologetic when they encountered the bad part.

Got my vehicle in before scheduled appointment time, service was well and quickly done, person at the desk was informative and friendly.

Well had a problem once I returned to Denver and the manager at the Lakewood shop was a jerk and not accommodating He also made bad comments about the Golden store and their employees

I bought 3 sets of tires for my 3 cars from Big O several years ago. I brought all 3 over 2 days to get the tires rotated. The guys couldn't have been nicer. The work was fast. I asked them to look a few things fully expecting to be told I need work done; no work was needed. Keep an eye on things, but nothing bad. Great service! They always treat me well.

My experience with Big O Tires was enjoyable. I was in and out quickly which I appreciated as I had a busy day ahead of me. The attendant who helped me was very courteous and helpful. There was hot coffee and cold water available if I wanted it. The store and bathroom was clean.

Staff is excellent! We have used Big-O services for over 40 years, and still do. Tires, batteries and other goods are first class.
