My rotors were warped after doing a full brake replacement (with rotors) about a year ago. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week and my rotors were replaced for free.

i have been using Big O tires for a number of years. they have usually provided superb service. if i have an issue (with TPMS for example) they fix this for no additional charge.

I stopped by this place to fix a flat tire. Employees were kind and did a good job. I like this place.

My car was accurately diagnosed and repaired. The Big O employee was able to give an accurate cost and time table for the needed repairs. The price was fair. Driving away after the repairs, I could tell that the mechanic did a good job.
