Service agent was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also offered other services if needed without being pushy. Wait time was adequate for repair performed. Will use this shop again as needed.

Even though my online appointment wasn’t showing in their system, they got me in and worked on my car promptly. I was explained what other services were recommended and also given the costs and allowed to decide on those services without feeling pressured to do commit to them right then and there. I will be back to take care of these things as I can because I felt respected, not rushed and like they weren’t trying to take advantage of me being there.

I love this place. Efficient, courteous and quick. I thought I needed new tires and was told just a repair was fine -- there was no effort to oversell. I have always gone in to get air checked, and when I needed tires, I had two put on and the others rotated. I feel that because I was not "up-sold" (they could have said I needed four tires and I would likely have believed them though two were fine) I trust this place now and would never buy my tires anywhere else. Good business, good service, and smart approach to keeping customers coming back.

I have used this location before for previous service. They are always very courteous. They do a great job and I never feel like I've been taken advantage of. If they come across something else that may need fixing, they let me know if it's something that can wait or needs immediate attention. They have earned my trust.

I was especially pleased by the promptness of service: changing a flat with no notice and (when I had more time) replacing the flat on the rim with an identical new tire.

Quick and friendly service, needed it done asap and was able to drop off and get it done within 2 hours!
