Big O Tires

I used them last Saturday and about a month ago and very happy both times

New battery in less that 20 minutes

first time doing business with this big o .was very impressed with everything . bought new tires for my ladies car.everyone made sure it was done as agreed. when i was ready to leave a screw was found in one of my truck tires. no problem they fixed it . no charge ,we will be going to their shop for all repaires and maintenance thanks to all. l&l hathaway

I popped the bead on my tire...called jeff to find out what tire i was on and to see if they had it. He pulled the tire for me and had everything ready for me so i could get it fixed on my lunch break

Came in this mourning for some new tires and I thought something was wrong with front end. Put the tires on and said front end looked good. Saved some money. Can't complain about that.

I have been going to Big-O on Austin Bluffs for long time. With different vehicles through the years.

I've used Big O for four or five sets of tires since 2001. Each time they did a great job and were very reasonable. I've also had a couple of flats during this time and they repaired them at no charge. I think that's great service as well.
