The Big O Tires staff on Austin Bluff and Barns are outstanding!

I can't do an oil change on my own truck for the price you guys charge me. I just need to make sure all the guys there know my truck so they know it won't fit in the oil bay. Jesse knows that.

Was greeted at my car, and the scheduled service was done in fair time. I also was able to use a coupon.

They do great work and are honest.

they listen to me and share their findings and we work out where to go from there.

The particular location at Austin bluffs and barnes is the best one I've been too. The guy who assisted me, I think his name was Rob, he was super helpful and fast and friendly. And my car was done much earlier than at any of the other locations I've been too.

Like most customers I waited until the afternoon before a snowstorm was scheduled to hit our city. Even though it was close to closing time Kyle and Jesse assured me they would have tires on my car that day, no matter how long they had to stay. Excellent customer service! All the employees were friendly and helpful, which was observed as I waited. Front desk kept calm and collected while answering multiple phone calls and handled customer interaction with finesse. They got job done without making customers feel hurried along. I have never been to big o, I will definitely return and let everyone know. They also pulled my car to the front door, I could have easily walked over to it.
