Went to get my oil changed and was greeted by Rick who was very friendly and courteous! My service was quick and easy and I would definitely recommend to all my friends!

I went in today to check out a VERY slow leak on one of my tires that had been bothering me for a few months. They took the time and trouble to find the piece of wire that was causing this. Thank you! Will definitely be back and recommend.

This was my first purchase at Big O. I came because a year ago I brought in a tire with a puncture. They fixed it at no charge. I like their "serve the customer" attitude and came back to buy four tires.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received today. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and the technician alerted me to a very serious problem concerning a manufacturers loose bolt that made the car dangerous to drive and needed to be taken immediately to the dealership since it was under warranty. Without their diligence I would not have know about this. I had it repaired and the car is now safe. Thank goodness!

These guys are always cool when I come in. Straight shooters, no BS. I get my tires and alignment done there, they got my Land Cruiser dialed in perfectly after a lift and new control arms.

Took daughters car in for tire rotation and alignment. Greeted professionally. Quality of work excellent.

If you are in need of anything with your vehicle, you have to take it here! The guys were very knowledgeable and willing to help out. They worked with me over a few weeks to get the look I wanted for my Ram 1500. The ride looks awesome. Better than what I projected. I visited at 7:00am in the morning and as soon as the bay was cleared of tires my slow leak and cruddy rim was repaired and cleaned and I was back on the road. I am most grateful for the store being open that early in the morning and for the curtious and friendly fellows working there.

I drive up at 5:00 for a scheduled oil change and was out by 5:15.These guys are great!
