I went in today to check out a VERY slow leak on one of my tires that had been bothering me for a few months. They took the time and trouble to find the piece of wire that was causing this. Thank you! Will definitely be back and recommend.

I used Big O to check my oil leaks. They made sure to only do the work we needed in order to prevent a larger bill.

This was my first purchase at Big O. I came because a year ago I brought in a tire with a puncture. They fixed it at no charge. I like their "serve the customer" attitude and came back to buy four tires.

The team at Big O Tires were the first tire shop to fully explain, in terms I could understand, the proper tires for my trailer. Previous shops simply replaced the tires with new tires without regard to explaining the difference between trailer and car/truck tires. I will be going back to Big O Tires in the future for my tires.

Brett was awesome. He helped get prices to be affordable, and even helped clean off my car's headlights after I had paid for my car's oil change. That's great customer service!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received today. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and the technician alerted me to a very serious problem concerning a manufacturers loose bolt that made the car dangerous to drive and needed to be taken immediately to the dealership since it was under warranty. Without their diligence I would not have know about this. I had it repaired and the car is now safe. Thank goodness!

The employees were great. I called on a very busy day and asked if they could fit me in and how long it would take for a snow tire swap. I was told it would be 90-minutes if I got there fast. The job was finished in the time they quoted me which was important to me. The technician also took a couple minutes to talk to me about the job afterwards which was nice. They were short staffed due to some guys being out sick and still completed my job on time and were very professional. Only negative thing, the waiting area could use a refresh. Bigger TV and some new chairs would be nice.

If you are in need of anything with your vehicle, you have to take it here! The guys were very knowledgeable and willing to help out. They worked with me over a few weeks to get the look I wanted for my Ram 1500. The ride looks awesome. Better than what I projected. Thanks to Brett, Billy, Josh, Andrew and all the guys at Big O off Woodmen for the amazing work. Trust you guys with my truck anytime.

Took my truck rite in. A lot of service bays. Finished fast, hard work , it's a big truck!
