Big O Tires

The employees were great. I called on a very busy day and asked if they could fit me in and how long it would take for a snow tire swap. I was told it would be 90-minutes if I got there fast. The job was finished in the time they quoted me which was important to me. The technician also took a couple minutes to talk to me about the job afterwards which was nice. They were short staffed due to some guys being out sick and still completed my job on time and were very professional. Only negative thing, the waiting area could use a refresh. Bigger TV and some new chairs would be nice.

Very friendly service. When I left my car had a rate long noise. Took my car right back and the guys were kind enough to take a look again. They found the issue and easily fixed it. Also was able to get a quote for new tires, didn’t feel pressured to buy the right away. But they were able to convey the importance of getting new ones. :)

Took my truck rite in. A lot of service bays. Finished fast, hard work , it's a big truck!

The associates are very gracious and knowledgeable and treat me with courtesy and respect. They got my vehicle turned around very quickly and left my car clean inside. I really appreciate Steve's friendliness and Tony's care for my safety.

Honest service is always going to win my business. The guys at Big O have always treated me with honest service and have always taken real good care of me. No matter what issue I have, I drop it off and they fix it at a good price.

I brought our daughters car in for a possible new battery, having trouble starting it..They confirmed that the battery in the car was dying and put a new one in, great price, great warranty and customer service. I bet I was in and out in 20 minutes. Great job guys, we appreciate you!!!!

Awesome Service

I stopped going to the Woodmen Nissan dealership because they tried to get me to do major services that I had already had done there and they stopped doing some of the little things like washing my car I've always gotten tires from big o but not other services. I made an appointment. They got me right in. It was quick. My car is running good. And it was cheaper than the dealership

I always appreciate the staff's willingness to take time with customers. My first 2 previous occasions at the Harstel Big O, I've walked in with a nail in a tire. They took my keys, fixed it & sent me on my way in less than 30 minutes. No questions asked.
