I brought my car in with a significant concern with the front-end. I had a general idea of what it might be, but not being a mechanic myself, I completely trusted the Big O technician to evaluate the issue and let me know. The problem was diagnosed, and the necessary repairs and parts were thoroughly explained. I was very comfortable knowing that they would fix the problem correctly and NOT try to pad the bill with unnecessary parts and labor. I can honestly recommend this Big O Tire location as very honest and professional. My hat is off to Cameron and Wes, and their entire team.

I was extremely impressed upon my visit of driving in and parking my car and associate was there opening my door and greeting me what a nice surprise then they got my car I was in and out the guys were fabulous and trust me. I will tell everybody what a great job they did. Thank you so much.

Overall I had excellent service. I needed a set of tires that were out of stock and they arrived the next morning ahead of schedule which was great. I did observe one caucasian employee refer to an african american employee as a 'negro'. I could tell based on the interaction that they were friends and it was said in jest, but probably not a great thing to say in front of customers. Other than that very pleased with the experience.
