Easy process from start to finish

I showed up late in the day looking for a set of tires and alignment work. Cameron and the crew came to my rescue. The work was done in record time and done perfectly. This is the reason that I always go to Big O. Everything I own runs on Big O tires!

Kept inform on what was going on

One of my tires was damage. you guys should have inspected them before putting the tires on, instead i had to inspect it myself after everything had been done. it costs me 25 dollars extra to swap out the new tires (not a big deal but others could argue that, its also a safety concern). please spend sometime to double check/inspect the product and please give the customers advices that would be much more professional. Anyway, you guys did not cover back one of my valve stems so please allow me to come by and ask for it. I could be picky but those issues could have been avoided. It concerns me a little bit about the quality of the job here, but people make small mistakes.

I was extremely happy when i was made to feel welcomed to the store. I told them what I needed done and they took care of everything i asked for. I know these kind of stores will always try to recommend more services that I did not ask for, but once I said “no and thank you” that was that. I did not feel pressured to buy or purchase anything else. They took care of my vehicle and I was out the door in a decent amount of time. I even stated that I would be bringing all of my vehicles back to this store. I was pretty satisfied about the experience at this store.

This location is always helpful. They get done what is asked. They help above and beyond. We will continue to shop here. We live down South we won't go to the Colfax location.

I came in to check the tire pressure and they found a screw in my back tire and the immediately scheduled me in. They told me it would take 30 minutes and it took exactly 30 minutes to get it all done. They were also extremely courteous.

They got my car in to be repaired within 10 minutes of arrival. They found and fixed my tire, got me back on the road within 30-45 minutes and for a very reasonable fee!.

Angel Rodriquez went above and beyond as far as getting my 30 year old truck up and running again. His recommendations were what my truck needed. Tom the mechanic was great to work with as well. They had the repairs done in a timely manner and kept me updated as well.
