I arrived around 1 pm for brake work and was given an estimate that included a brake system flush. I agreed that this was needed, and then I was told we should complete your car by 5 pm. That was unexpected. I picked up my car and drove home but I thought the emergency brake was not as tight as I would like. I went back the next morning and Tom and the other Manager made it a priority fixed it and I love my new brakes.
