The employees are always very helpful and accomodating when I come in for my oil to be changed. It's always done in a small amount of time and I can count on that with my busy schedule. I've been coming to this BigO Tires for sometime now, and depend on the mechanics to notice anything unusual. Which they have done in the past. I used to dread oils changes, not so much now!

My wife went in for an appointment to have the TPMS sensors replaced on two of the tires on her Nissan Murano. Instead of needing to replace her sensors, Big O just "re-learned" her existing sensors and didn't charge us a dime.
