Big O Tires

This is a great place. I used to go to Tires Plus and they didn't do work we paid for and gouged you whenever they could. I started coming here because before I was a customer they fixed a flat for free and at Tire Plus they tried to charge me unil I found the paperwork for my warranty even though they have me in their system. It was never a great day at Tires Plus.

They were able to secure tires that had proven difficult to find in stock at other competitors in the area. Once the tires were in, I was able to have them put on my vehicle the same day.

Technicians were very professional and explained in detail what was going to happen and the estimated time of completion.

Big O did some front end work for me. I had a replacement tail/brake housing that needed to be installed. They did it for no charge! That is just one reason I keep going to Big O

I have been coming to this location for years! The location is ALWAYS immaculate. The associates are always attentive, communicate clearly and take great care of clientele. In addition, being able to support a locally owned and operated business iis always a plus!

I went in to Big O Tires to take advantage of their Buy 3 Get 1 free tire sale. Derek handled my account. He set me up with a great set of tires for my vehicle and gave me some options making sure I felt comfortable with the overall cost. We discussed a budget beforehand. I also went to an oil change, alignment, and asked him to check the battery as I had to have the alternator replaced and I wanted to make sure the battery wasn't damaged. I love this location because I don't feel like the staff is taking advantage of me. They are honest and up front with their cost.

Sean and Josh were super friendly. Low pressure, and got things done in a timely manner. Excellent customer service. Will return for future needs of our vehicles.
