I have had some unfortunate experiences in my travels hauling a boat and also a car. Big O was there to bail me out. Just bought a used vehicle for our son and they went over it and made a priority list of things that needed to be worked on. They didn't haggle us on making unnecessary repairs and completed the approved work in a timely manner. Hands down the best experience every time! No other Big O even compares! Chris is the best, he takes care of you and is more than accommodating. My family has been taking 4+ vehicles here for 10+ years, will never go anywhere else! Had an issue with a heater hose being cut too short at another location that did not want to take responsibility, took it to Chris he replaced it no questions asked. Same store tried to charge me $500+ for a valve that they said needed to be replaced, Chris ran a diagnostic and discovered it was just another hose that was causing the service engine light to come on saving me hundreds!

We have been customers for several years. Today, we needed air in our tires for our teenagers car. We've had the car for two months. George suggested we check the spare tire too. The spare tire needed air too and we are very thankful that George recommended it. Had we gotten a flat, our spare would have done us no good. This location has always been very helpful with whatever I needed for our cars. Thanks George and the Big O Tire team:)

Great customer service.

The battery on my truck died on the way to another local mechanic, at the gas station next to Big O. I went to ask the front desk if they could give me a jump. They assisted me immediately. In speaking with the gentleman, I let him know I was on my way to get front end suspension work done on my truck. He informed me they could do all that work, and give me a free estimate and look over the truck. I had no idea Big O did service work. The estimate came in well under the estimate from the other shop, and it also included replacing some engine belts and my front tires! This experience left me blown away with Big O and got my baby back on the road better than new! I will be back there for any and all auto needs.

Fast friendly service
