Big O Tires

Great experience and tires!

The store service was excellent as always. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. What was not good was the Big O finance company. Their service was attrocious and I will be closing my account with them.

Needed new tires for a small trailer. Dropped off the old tires in the morning and picked up the new tires, mounted and balanced around lunch.

Needed a slow leak repaired on my class A motorhome 22.5 tire. No one in Castle Rock could handle that size tire. Went to this Store in Elizabeth and was given EXCELLENT service. Highly recommend these guys and I will not hesitate to come back for any tire service.

I've been to Big-O Tires in Elizabeth, CO many times. Bob Holt is always professional and courteous. He always goes out of his way to make sure myself, and all of his customers understand the service they need to keep their vehicles from coming back to the shop. I do , they do and we do! I used to just use Big O for tires. Now I use them for routine maintenance also. It is much easier than making an appointment with my regular mechanic and doesn't cost any more.

Brought my 2001 Wrangler in for its regular tire rotation unannounced.Shawn and crew had me in and out in 20 minutes.Great service!Even did a leak check on a aftermarket tire and wheel I brought in with me.16 years coming here.Never disappointed.

The people in the store were very friendly. They got me in right away, found the problem I was having and then fixed it quickly. The store was clean and pleasant to wait in.

Stopped in to get a quote (third business) to replace all four tires on my jeep. Not only did this store beat other prices by more than $300.00 but Austin gave great customer service! He let me know the tires were in stock and offered to have them put in today! What? That never happens. Thanks for putting customers first!
