Big O Tires

I have been a Big O customer at this store for 16 years. It is the only place I shop for tires.

I was dropping my truck off after hours for an appointment the following day. A couple guys were inside and I was invited in to drop off the keys and go over what I wanted done. No rushing on their part. Great customer service!

Big O in Elizabeth - always does a great job taking care of our needs.

Everyone here was TOPS in customer service and courtesy and job knowledge.

I have been a customer of Big O for more than 30 years. After moving here from Wheat Ridge, I have done business with you store in Elizabeth for the last 10 years. Bob was always the best with helping me select the tire and/or service I needed for my driving conditions...miss him. I look forward to continuing to trust your crew to help me in the future with keeping my car running and out of the ditches.

John took great care of us. He did what he said he would do. Due to all the cars getting new tires before me, I thought I would have to leave my car all night. 5:20 pm I got the call, to come down, it would be ready. Big O closes at 6:00 my car and two others were still getting. Finished up. 6:30 or so I was paying my bill & thanking Cliff, John. & The crew for staying late to get me in my car that night.. Integrity in what they do and doing what they say. And my 4 new studded,Hankook I Pike tires are a guaranty ill be safe and mobile all winter.

Customer service was great

Took my Wrangler in for tire rotation and balance. As ALWAYS Bob and crowd greeted me warmly had the Jeep in and out in record time on a very busy day before Thanksgiving. Been going to this store for over 10 years. Many sets of tires bought here. Customer and technical service has consistently been superb.

Have been using this location since it opened
