Very friendly and knowledgeable. They flushed the transmission quickly and had my truck waiting for me at the door when I returned to pick it up.

These guys were great. I came in and said my tire low-pressure light was on and they said no-problem, "we'll get you fixed up". And they did! Thanks for the help!!

Big O - Elizabeth does a great job for us always. They answer all my questions and help with various sundry issues that you would think they wouldn't deal with. (Fix my trim and other misc. car items)- Always, treated kindly! Most importantly you feel valued as a customer.

I've been going to Elizabeth Big-O since they were built. I have a company car plus my own vehicles that they take care of for me. Weather it's tires, brakes or just an oil change I always use Cliff and his team. They give me great service and I have never bought anything back for a second try. I recommend them to anyone.

Great staff

Had my RV tires checked including the spare, tech checked battery and repacked it. Got great advice from Bob regarding my suburbans tires as well. We agreed they needed to be replaced given the cracking but Bob suggested going back to Discount tire and contacting Michelin. Got a $80 per tire adjustment which made buying the new tires easier! Great advice and service to the 3 vehicles I've had into Big O recently. I'll be back, thank you guys...

It had been over a year from my last visit due problems with store hours and staff. I came back to see if service had improved, it had. The service writer I spoke with was very helpful. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you
